* Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason after purchase.

■ How to receive your tickets
* You need a smartphone compatible with the smartphone application "AnyPASS" to receive tickets.
* Tickets can only be received using the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number field of the customer information at the time of application.
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until after the day of the performance as tickets cannot be received with other mobile phone numbers.

SMSauthentication (login with mobile phone number) is a way to conduct personal authentication using SMS (Short Message Service).
For the concert, each person needs a ticket to enter, so please distribute tickets via AnyPASS to anyone coming with you.
Anyone coming with you will also need to download AnyPASS and register (for free) to receive their ticket.

[Notes about this event]
●Tickets for these performances are mainly handled as digital tickets. When entering, please operate your smartphone by yourself under the instructions of the staff.
●We will encourage all people involved in the performance to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their fingers.
●We will thoroughly disinfect the handrails, doorknobs, and other places that are frequently touched in the venue.
●We will thoroughly ventilate the venue.
●We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.
●In places where lining up is required, markers will be installed so that visitors line up with space in between them.
●In places where face-to-face contact with visitors is required, we will install acrylic boards and transparent vinyl curtains to prevent droplet infection.
● Hand sanitizer will be set up at various locations around the venue.
●Infection prevention information boards will be installed and staff will patrol the venue to help ensure infection prevention.
●The smoking area in the venue will be closed.
●Bringing in alcoholic beverages, drinking in the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
●In order to prevent infection, we recommend that you purchase CDs and DVDs online from various official sites.
For sales of CDs and DVDs inside and outside the venue, measures will be taken to prevent droplet infection by installing transparent vinyl curtains, etc., and managing lines to prevent crowding.
●Details regarding the on-site and online sale of concert goods will be announced as soon as they are decided.
●We do not accept gifts, bouquets, flower displays, letters, etc. for performers. If they are delivered to the venue, they will not be accepted.
●For pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those with chronic or underlying illnesses, those who find it difficult to move around without help, etc., please prioritize your own safety and that of others involved when deciding whether to attend or not.
●Temperature measurement stations will be set up at each entrance, and the temperature of visitors will be taken using non-contact thermometers. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, your temperature will be taken again at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in your body temperature, you will be refused entry.
●If a high risk of infection among customers is discovered at the venue, staff may talk with you, so please cooperate with them in such cases. 
 
 
[Admission procedures]
①A digital survey will be shown on AnyPASS beginning two hours before the "doors open" time of each performance for anyone who received a ticket through distribution, so please answer it.
A QR code will not be displayed if you have not completed the survey, so please be sure to register for AnyPASS in advance, distribute tickets to anyone coming with you, and answer the survey before attending.
② We will take attendees' temperatures with a non-contact thermometer and have them disinfect their hands.
Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will have their temperature checked again at the medical check, and may be refused entry depending on the judgment of the nurse.
③ We will check your digital ticket. Customers will be asked to hold the QR code over the terminal installed at the venue.
 
* After the performance, we will implement "structured exit procedures" to prevent overcrowding. Please note that leaving may take longer than usual.

If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, have visited or resided in a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or an observation period after entering the country within the past two weeks, or have been in close contact with someone who has, please refrain from attending these events.
●People with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, breathing problems, general fatigue, a sore throat, stuffy/runny nose, issues with their sense of smell/taste, eye pain, conjunctival hyperemia, a headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting will be denied entry. In addition, alcohol intake may increase your body temperature. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before your visit. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher for any reason, you will be refused entry.
●It is mandatory to wear a mask when visiting, and you will not be allowed to enter if you are not wearing a mask. Please be sure to prepare your own mask.
●When entering the venue, be sure to disinfect your hands with the provided disinfectant.
●In order to prevent droplet infection, loud conversations and cheering are prohibited. Also, please refrain from unnecessary movement between seats during the performance, contact with other visitors, and lending and borrowing of items.
●Please cooperate with cough etiquette and refrain from talking as much as possible in the venue and lobby.
●Please note that our staff will talk to customers who appear to be unwell. In addition, please understand that we may refuse entry to the venue depending on the situation.
 
 
[About measures against infectious diseases for staff and performers]
●We will check the temperature and health condition of all staff and related parties.
●If an employee is found to be unwell, such as having a fever, he/she will not be allowed to work.
●To prevent droplet infection, we recommend wearing masks and face shields.
●We will frequently disinfect our hands when entering and while inside the venue.
●Performers will also be checked for temperature and health conditions. It is mandatory to wear a mask except when performing. We also recommend wearing a face shield, but may make it mandatory if necessary.
●In addition, in the event of any incidents, we will immediately cooperate with health administration agencies such as public health centers and nearby medical institutions, and promptly take measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.
