・We will give you by drawing lots ticket at the time of admission.
・Winners will be accepted until the start time of the day, so please check by drawing lots ticket on the spot as soon as you receive it.

・Please note that by drawing lots tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, such as loss, theft, or damage.

・Customers who get "Atari" in by drawing lots ticket will be exchanged for an official <participation ticket> at the lottery reception desk in the lobby.
You cannot participate in the message card handing event with the Atari ticket, which is a by drawing lots ticket, so please be sure to exchange it for a <participation ticket>.
・Winners will be accepted from the time the doors open to the start time of each performance. Please bring the Atari ticket of by drawing lots ticket to the reception counter.
・<Participation ticket> We will make a copy of your name and seat number when exchanging.

・The message card handing over event participation ticket is valid only for the performance on the day of handing over. Please note that it cannot be used for other performances.
・Participation tickets for the message card handing over event will be collected at the time of participation. Please note that we cannot accept returns.
・Resale, copying, and counterfeiting of the message card handing over participation ticket are strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through resale are invalid.
・The message card handing-over party is only for the person who won the lottery. Accompanying persons are not allowed to participate under any circumstances.
・The message card handover party will be held after the performance, but depending on the situation on the day, you may have to wait.
If you are late, transportation and accommodation expenses cannot be guaranteed.

・Putting the safety of customers and artists first, we may conduct baggage inspections and temporary baggage storage for security reasons.
・Please follow the instructions and cautions of the staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, we may refuse your participation. In addition, the organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by not following the staff's instructions and precautions in the venue.
