*Please note that no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made for any reason after ticket purchase.
 
As of May 8, 2023, the government's "Basic Policy on COVID-19 Countermeasures" has been abolished, so it is up to individuals to take measures against infectious diseases such as wearing masks.
We ask for your cooperation in observing cough etiquette and other manners during the performance.
 
■ How to receive tickets
*A smartphone compatible with the "AnyPASS" smartphone app is required to receive tickets.
*Only the device with the mobile phone number registered in the Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Ticketing) field of the customer information at the time of application will be able to receive tickets.
(Ticket information is tied to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change/cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets with another mobile phone number.
There will be no problem to change the model with the same phone number.
*Each person must have one ticket to enter the venue. Please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to accompanying persons.
Please note that tickets for the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
When the accompanying person receives the ticket, the accompanying person must also download AnyPASS and register (free of charge) for use.
When applying, please be sure to confirm that all participants in the event have smartphones with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication before applying.
*If you arrive at the venue without having distributed the tickets, it may take some time before you can enter the venue.
Please be sure to distribute the tickets, register the AnyPASS of your accompanying persons, and receive the tickets before the show.
*If multiple tickets for the same performance on the same date and time are purchased under the same name and phone number, one ticket will always remain in the possession of each purchaser.
The remaining ticket can only be used by the purchaser.
Please note that another person will not be allowed to use the ticket or enter the venue.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, he/she may enter the venue on the day of the performance upon presentation of ID and provision of name, contact information, etc. The applicant and all accompanying persons must be present at the door.
If no ID is presented, or if the person is not a minor, he/she may not be allowed to enter the venue. Please understand this beforehand.
Details will be announced to purchasers at the time of ticket issuance.

[Admission procedure]
① Please be sure to register your AnyPASS, issue tickets, and distribute them to your accompanying persons in advance, and come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
