Q. What are premium seats?
A. These are premium seats with luxurious privileges.
E.L.F-JAPAN It is an upgrade from the all reserved seats purchased in the fastest advance and E.L.F-JAPAN 2nd advance.
Privilege contents
Privilege 1: Front rows of arena seats guaranteed
Privilege 2: Penlight included (to be handed over on the day of the show, not to be sent out later).
Q. How much are the Premium Seats?
A. The price is 24,800 yen (tax included).
Only E.L.F-JAPAN members who have been selected and paid for "all reserved seats" in the E.L.F-JAPAN earliest advance or E.L.F-JAPAN second advance will be able to apply for the upgrade to Premium Seats at a later date at by drawing lots reception.
The upgrade price is 14,800 yen (tax included) for all reserved seats. If you apply and win the upgrade at by drawing lots, you will be charged 10,000 yen (tax included) for the difference per ticket.
Please note that only credit cards are accepted for payment at the upgrade by drawing lots desk. Please note that credit cards are the only accepted payment method.
Details on how to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots will be announced at a later date.
Q. When can I apply to upgrade from all reserved seats to premium seats?
A. As soon as the details are decided, we will announce on SUPER JUNIOR official homepage and fan club site.
Q. I am not a E.L.F-JAPAN member, can I upgrade to Premium Seats?
A. Only E.L.F-JAPAN members who have been selected and paid for "All Seats Reserved" at E.L.F-JAPAN earliest advance or E.L.F-JAPAN second advance can apply for the upgrade to Premium Seats at a later date at by drawing lots reception.
If you wish to upgrade, please apply for "All Seats Reserved" at E.L.F-JAPAN Fastest Advance or E.L.F-JAPAN Secondary Advance.
However, your companion does not need to be a E.L.F-JAPAN member.
Even if the accompanying person is not a E.L.F-JAPAN member, if the applicant is a E.L.F-JAPAN member, the non-member accompanying person can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots together with the non-member accompanying person.
Upgrade by drawing lots will be available for those who are members at the end of the application period, so please do not forget to apply if your membership is about to expire. Please note that if your membership has expired, you will not be eligible for by drawing lots even if you reapply for membership.
You may renew your membership from 60 days prior to the expiration date to 30 days after the expiration date.
Please note that we will not be able to retroactively provide services for the period between the expiration date and the purchase of your membership.
Q. E.L.F-JAPAN I purchased 4 tickets for all reserved seats in advance, can I upgrade one of them to premium seats?
A. You can only apply for upgrade by drawing lots with the number of tickets you purchased in the E.L.F-JAPAN Fastest Advance or E.L.F-JAPAN Second Advance.
It is not possible to upgrade only a portion of the number of tickets.
Q. I don't have a smart phone. Can I upgrade to Premium Seats?
A. Tickets for this performance will be received via the "AnyPASS" smartphone application, so if you do not have a smartphone, you cannot upgrade to Premium Seats.
Your companion will also need a smartphone to receive tickets via the "AnyPASS" electronic ticket system.
E.L.F-JAPAN Only those who have one smartphone per person for the number of tickets selected and paid for in the Fastest Advance and E.L.F-JAPAN Secondary Advance can apply.
Q. I am a wheelchair user. Can I upgrade to Premium Seats?
A. Yes, you can apply for upgrade by drawing lots reception.
If you are selected, you will be able to view the show in "Premium Seats" after confirming your seat, but due to limited space, you will need to move from your wheelchair to your designated seat to view the show.
