[About visiting hours and entrance gates]
For "SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary TOUR <SUPER SHOW 10> in JAPAN", congestion is expected to occur at the venue merchandise sales area and entrance one hour before the start time.
Depending on the congestion situation during the opening period, the queue to the entrance gate may be longer and it may take some time to enter, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance to start. In particular, the entrance is expected to be very crowded after 30 minutes before the start time, so please come early with plenty of time to spare.
Seat numbers will be displayed sequentially on the purchaser's AnyPASS from around 3 p.m. the day before each performance, so please check them before coming to the entrance gate.

In addition, customers who plan to purchase goods at the venue will be selling goods before opening hours, so if you come early and make your purchase, you will be able to enter smoothly. Please check the merchandise sales time and cooperate with your admission.

Please note that we will inform all visitors in the same procedure when entering, so we will not be responsible for any failure to make it in time for the start of the performance just before the start of the performance.

[About bringing support goods to the tour venue]
As a general rule, bringing in any cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.) is prohibited, regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, they may be brought into the venue only in the following cases:
(1) Official merchandise sold at SUPER JUNIOR concert venues in Japan and at their Korean concerts
(2) A fan that can be held in your hand at chest height (fans that are too large are prohibited)

*Please note that cheering goods cannot be held above chest height during the performance as this will cause inconvenience to customers behind you.
In addition, bringing in support goods that use images of artists other than those listed in (1) is prohibited.

On the day of the performance, if you bring in any goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, staff will keep them when you enter and return them to you after the performance.
Please use any items you are allowed to bring in as long as it does not cause inconvenience to other customers.

Additionally, there are people who have produced, sold, and distributed goods using the "SUPER JUNIOR" logo or images of artists without permission. These are not official goods, but illegal copyright infringements. Some people mistakenly believe these are official goods, so we ask that you refrain from producing, selling, distributing, or purchasing them.

[About photography, audio and video recording]
It is prohibited by law to take photographs, record audio or video inside the venue while it is open or during a performance. If you take photographs, record audio or video, you will be asked to leave even if the performance is still in progress. In addition, if we receive a formal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or police station in accordance with the law, we may disclose your personal information.
If you see someone violating the rules nearby, please inform a member of staff immediately. Please note that it may be difficult to respond if you inform us after the show has ended.
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any confusion or accidents that occur as a result of not following instructions.
In addition, there have recently been unscrupulous vendors selling illegally taken photos outside the venue and around train stations. These products are illegal and have not been officially licensed, so we ask that fans refrain from purchasing them. As the organizers, we are taking measures such as reporting these to the police, but as long as there are people purchasing them, we cannot completely prevent illegal activity, so we ask for your cooperation.

[Regarding your own support plans]
We have seen cases where customers are calling for their own plans within the event.
Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances as it may disrupt the performance.
Please note that if the situation is severe, the performance may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

*Please note that if the above precautions are not followed, the organizer may, at their discretion, ask you to leave the venue or prohibit you from entering the venue.

[Prohibition of following and waiting for performers]
・Prohibition of chasing others by public transport, car or motorcycle
Chasing members' cars may result in accidents involving other customers. It is also extremely inconvenient, so please refrain from doing so.

・Waiting at public transport or facilities (airports, hotels, etc.) is prohibited
Waiting for the band members at public transportation facilities such as airports or hotels, or at various facilities, may result in accidents involving ordinary customers who are not related to the band members. This will also be extremely inconvenient, so please refrain from doing so.

The attitude of each and every participant will contribute to the success of the live performance.
We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.
