*Please note that for all performances, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted after ticket purchase, regardless of the reason.

As the government’s “Basic Policy on Measures Against COVID-19” was abolished on May 8, 2023, infection prevention measures—such as wearing masks—are now a matter of personal judgment.
During the performance, we ask for your cooperation in showing consideration for other audience members by observing cough etiquette and other appropriate measures.

■ How to Pick Up Your Tickets
*To pick up your tickets, you will need a smartphone compatible with the “AnyPASS” app.
*Tickets can only be retrieved on the device associated with the mobile phone number entered in the “Mobile Phone Number” field (for AnyPASS ticketing) during the application process.
(Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number provided at the time of purchase.)
You will not be able to retrieve your tickets on a device with a different mobile phone number, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone service until the day of the performance.
Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is acceptable.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will be carrying with you on the day of the performance.
*Since each person must present one ticket for admission to this performance, please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
Please note that the ticket for the person who made the reservation cannot be distributed or transferred to anyone else.
When your companions pick up their tickets, they must also download AnyPASS and register for the service (free of charge).
Before applying, please ensure that all attendees for this performance have a smartphone running one of the compatible operating systems listed below and capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
*If you arrive without having distributed your tickets, it may take some time to gain admission.
Please ensure that you have distributed the tickets and that your companions have registered for AnyPASS and received their tickets before arriving at the venue.
*If you purchase multiple tickets for the same performance date and time under the same name and phone number, each ticket will remain in your possession as a ticket for the purchaser. Only the purchaser may use the tickets remaining in their possession. Please note that no one else may use them or gain admission.
*Only if a companion is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone may they be admitted on the day of the performance upon presenting a valid ID and providing their name, contact information, and other required details. Admission will be granted only once the purchaser and all companions are present together.
Please note that if you fail to present valid identification, or if you are not a minor, you may be denied entry. We appreciate your understanding.
