■ How to receive tickets
Electronic ticket (QR code)
* Displaying a valid ticket (QR code) on your smartphone/tablet is required on the day.
Entrance is not permitted if the QR code is printed out or shown via a screen shot.
* You can check QR code necessary for entering the hall at 15:00 five days before each concert in (showing the electronic ticket) on application confirmation page. You can also check seat number three hours before opening time of each concert in the same page.

If the applicant and a person who accompanies him or her enter separately, the applicant can enter the hall separate from the person who accompanies by distributing the ticket on the page of electronic ticket. In that case, we ask the person who accompanies to show the QR code. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
