Upgrade by drawing lots will be available for members who have applied for "All Reserved Seats" at E.L.F-JAPAN and have been selected and paid for the seats in the fastest advance order.
If you apply for and receive an upgrade from "All Reserved Seats" at by drawing lots, you will be charged 5,000 yen (tax included) for the difference in price per ticket.
E.L.F-JAPAN Those who have purchased "All Seats Reserved" at other than the Fastest Advance Tickets cannot apply for "Welcome Seats".
